Hey there, my name is Cameron Toussaint and I founded Blue Paradise on August 3rd, 2016. You’re probably wondering why someone decides to start a business servicing aquariums. My passion for aquariums began when I just a child. When I was only a couple years old, I perforated my right ear drum and without getting into too much detail, it’s limited my activities in the water. So as a kid, rather than dreaming of the day when I could scuba dive down to visit the wonderful underwater worlds that the oceans had to offer, I made my own. At one point in my small childhood bedroom, I had three saltwater aquariums up and running. I fell in love.
Back then, the technology for aquariums were raw and unrefined; LED lights were just becoming more affordable, many corals and fish had low rates of survivability. But, as the industry has continued to grow exponentially, the life support systems and technology have quickly advanced and now more than ever, it’s possible to keep a living reef ecosystem in your own home or business. I take care of every aquarium as if it were my own! All of my clients are comfortable texting me whenever they have a question, no matter how small. I’m very proud of the close relationship that I keep with all of my clients and their aquariums all benefit from this kind of communication.
